A few years ago, I started my company jira with a valid email ( using google workspace ). Later, I folded that old system into my new google workspace. The email is still perfectly valid. However, I no longer can log in via google with that old address, since now it's simply an alias in my new google account.
I have tried to request a password reset link, and the atlassian system will not email that link. I have upgraded to the standard edition of jira, which says 9/5 support. But I can't access any support request capability ( every time I click on "Raise a support request" it just resets the screen I'm on. I've tried multiple devices, multiple browsers ).
I've been with Jira for over 20 years ( early 2000s ). It used to be cool, it used to be friendly. I used to get a response when I had technical issues. This is admittedly quite aggravating.
