I cannot attach any file to Jira

When I try to upload any file to Jira, I get the error:

We couldn't save your attachment
Reload the work item then try adding it again.

I tried with different files types, but I get the same result. It is not only on one Jira, but I tried on different ticket.
I tried with several browsers, but I get the same issue.

Do you have any ideas?

Atlassian Lately deployed fix. Did another users experiencing this issue ?

Also did your Admin checked if you have Create attachment Permission ?
