I cann't configure Configuring estimation and tracking

I'm the admin of this project. And Sprint feature is enabled.

Today I found out that the the completed work link in Burnup report is 0. 

I want to change the definition of "Completed" in Burnup report. 

Can Configuring estimation and tracking do that? 

How do I do that?

"Completed" in Jira Software means "issues in the right hand column of the board ".  You can't change that.  You can change what the estimates are done on - story points, estimates or any numeric custom field can be used (with the caveat that they're not for sub-tasks, so Jira will ignore them)
