I can't use the Kanban board

I can see the kanban board of my project. I'm one of the administrator and I'm responsable for the project. I don't understand. And other person have to create the board because I don't have permission.

Maybe if you tried to create a board from the list of boards instead of inside the project it would help. 

Go to https://YourDomain.atlassian.net/jira/boards but change out your domain for the YourDomain text. 

Once there, click on Create Board button on the upper righthand side.
