I download the default email templates and modify some content . But when I upload the modified one, it shows that below:
We couldn't upload the file with the email templates. Details: /share/jira/sharedhome/data/temp_templates.zip (Operation not supported)
But I operated as the administrator , I also verified that the permission of the corresponding shared directory is 777, the owner group is jira, and the file size is also consistent.
Does anyone know what the problem is?
