I can't transition an issue into a new status

I'm trying to transition an issue into a new status and getting an error message saying "Transition Failed. Field Time Spent required".

  • The "Time Spent" field is not included on this ticket configuration. There is; however, "Time tracking", which is filled out!
  • I checked all (global) automations, which are all working correctly. 
  • I can move the ticket to "Done" (the status after the status I need) but not "Production Review", which is what I need.

Have you checked the workflow to make sure you do not have a validator on the transition that requires that the time spent field has a value?
