I can't see the ticket, which I resolved by mistake, on my Kanban board.

Hi!
Please tell me what I need to do to have my ticket displayed on my Kanban board again.
I mistakenly moved it to "Done" status and now I have the resolution field "Done".
I moved it from "Done" status to "Ready for Development" status, but it did not appear on my Kanban board.
The same thing with any other status.
As far as I understand since it has the resolution "Done", the Kanban board no longer allows it to be displayed?
But what can I do in this case, except to make a duplicate of it (but I don't really like this option).
Thanks in advance.

Hello @Anna Voiniush

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You could refer to the article https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/clear-the-resolution-field-when-an-issue-is-reopened-in-jira-cloud/ to clear the resolution field.

I hope this helps!

Thanks

Hi @Anna Voiniush

This happens because Kanban boards usually hide issues with a Resolution set (e.g. “Done”), regardless of status. Even if you move the ticket back, it won’t appear while the Resolution is still set. To fix this, edit the issue and clear the Resolution field (set it to Empty/None) or use a Reopen transition that clears it automatically. Once the Resolution is empty, the ticket will show on the board again. if you don't have the necessary permissions ask an Admin to do this for u from your Org.

Hope this helps!
