Hey guys, I and my whole team are unable to open any task on the Kanban board in Jira Software.
We still getting an error "We couldn't connect to that issue" with the description "Make sure that this issue actually exists in that project. If it does, try again in a few minutes. If you still can't link to the issue, contact your Jira admin."
It's been going on for days.
Can anybody help me?
Thanks
Hi guys, thank you for your help.
I already fixed the issue. There was created some automation which caused the issue. Turning off the automation immediately helped.
Thank you
I'm glad you found the solution.
Can you share with us what the automation was doing that caused this problem?

Sure, here is the screenshot of the automation. It is weird as it is nothing special.

I see in the error message that it is referencing and issue with ID JF-PROD-32097.
Are you able to use the Search options to find that issue and view it?
Are there any issues from the Kanban board that you can view successfully?
Can you view any issues in the JF-PROD project?
By default project keys can contain only letters and numbers. Has the project key for this project always been JF-PROD or was it recently changed?

Hi, thanks for your answer.
Our key is "RAMP" and it was not recently changed. We never had a key as "JF-PROD-".
But I tried to find that task and nothing.
Nope, there is not even one issue I can view, however, Jira confluence working properly.
EDIT:
And one thing good to mention, every single task points to "JF-PROD-32115" or to "JF-PROD-32097", even from the other board with prefix "TJP"

Forgive me, I misinterpreted the information. That is a Build Key. Do you have your Jira system integrated with a development tool the executes builds?
I see in your images that there are two "error" outputs and you are showing info only for the second one. Also they are preceded by a "bulk" action. Can you show us the Headers, Payload, Preview, and Response for all three actions?
