I can't see external weblinks field in new work items screens.

Hey I have one site I remember adding weblinks long back but for this site I'm not able to see the external web links itself in UI. This is a critical problem for me. Could Someone please reply on this urgently?

Please provide more context, where where the links added and whoat stpes did you take.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. 

It looks like you're experiencing an issue where external web links that you previously added to your Jira issues are no longer visible in the UI. This issue often arises due to Jira's new issue view experience, which was introduced recently. The “External Web Link” section from the classic UI was removed, which means that links you added before may no longer show in the same place or format in the new interface.

If you want to revert to the old layout where web links were more prominently displayed, you can temporarily switch back to the old issue view.

• Click on your avatar in the top-right corner.

• Go to Profile settings.

• Turn off New Jira issue view (Labs).

To add a new external web link in Jira (if the link isn’t showing anymore), you can use the "Link issue" option in the new issue view.

• Open the issue.

• Click on the “Link issue” (chain/link icon).

• Select Add web link and paste your URL.

• This will create a remote issue link, allowing you to link to external web resources.
