I can't see backlog and dashboard tab in my project

Hi, I'm not able to see backlog and dashboard tabs in my BEESKR project.

even if I click More > I don't see such options.

when I click this link, I'm redirected to a page where it says" We can't find the page you're looking for

The view does not exist in this project.

Error code: 404".

Please help to check what needs to be configured. Thank you.

Hi @Kevin Lee ,

Backlog is only available for certain types of projects and boards in Jira. If your project is a "Business" project or a "Team-managed" project without backlog enabled, you won’t see the backlog tab.

Next Steps

• Check if your project is a "Software" project and uses a Scrum or Kanban board.

• If not, consider creating a Software project or enabling backlog in board settings.

• Go to Project settings > Features.

• Find Backlog and toggle it ON.

Is the project a Jira Software project? If you are a project admin on that project, you should be able to click on the 3 dots next to the project name -> project settings -> details and check for this:

Also, could you please share more details about the URL? Did you have it saved as a bookmark? Was the board available in the past?

no I could not see board or backlog tab from the start. I've asked my project admin and told me all the permissions has bee assigned so I'm confused why I still dont have the access..
