I can’t see access controlling.

Hi,

I'm an admin in our atlassian site.

I cannot access the access management page for some projects.

The screen is white except for the left tab and top menu.

Does this mean that there are some projects that site administrators cannot manage access to?
Or is there some other error?

Some projects might have project-specific permissions that limit access even for site administrators. Check the project settings and see if there are any restrictions set for your admin account.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, a corrupted cache or cookies can cause display issues. After clearing the cache, try accessing the access management page again or try with incognito page as well.

If this does not work, please provide some more insights about your issue.
