I can't see a recently installed app

I just installed the Trello board inside Jira app but it doesn't show up in the App drop down menu on the top. It shows in 'manage my apps' but I can't start it there. What could be the cause of this? I've already tried clearing browser cache and it shows the same behavior in Edge and Chrome.

BTW I installed another app (in this case Timesheet tracking for Jira) but that does show and works fine.

Found the solution - description on the app should mention that FIRST the base watchtower app needs to be installed, otherwise it will not work. After installing the watchtower app, now everything works as expected.
