I can't receive more emails using Jira ?

I really need your help , I can't receive any more emails from Jira when there is any change or update any topic ?

Some questions and things to check...

are others receiving emails?
is this happening on all projects?
Are you working with company managed projects or team managed projects or both?
Unless otherwise configured, you generally will not receive an email for any change that you make yourself.
check your personal notification configuration - click on your avatar and then personal settings and inspect the notifications you have set up.
Check the project where you're not getting notifications bad go to Project settings and then notifications ensure that you are in a group a role that is set up to receive notifications.
click on the cog in the upper right corner and select system. In the side bar select notification helper. Fill in the appropriate fields and observe the results.

Where are you seeing that error? Are you having problems logging in?
