Once I try to move an issue up or down in the backlog view, it gets as a blank line and the whole Jira web app freezes. Unless I refresh the page, the board is frozen. This started happening last week, both Safari and Chrome. It works for other accounts, not for mine. After the page refresh, the item is back at the same position before I tried moving it.
Check the Permission Scheme to make sure that you have the Schedule Issues permission for the scheme used by the project. That is the permission that allows you to move issues up and down.
