I can't migrate my license.

I have JIRA SW 10 user license.
but, I can't migrate new server when paste license in JIRA Settings page in new server.

Is It not same product? I have jira 10 user lisence and my new server instaelled for 10 users.

Hi Jaden,

I have not run into this and I installed a new 7.5 instance and used a Commercial license that was created for a 7.4.3 instance and it was succesful in the setup.

1. When you go to your my.atlassian.com page does the license say JIRA Software (Server) or JIRA Core (Server)?
2. If you create an evaluation license does this work in the new instance?
