I can´t make to count History Points after status of "done" is reached

after the initiation of the sprint and the task and subtaks are being completed, the sum of HP finished are not counting making also the burndownchart to look odd

i can´t seem to find how to fix this is there anyone else who encountered this problem

funny thing is that in the Mobile APP shows it correctly

Hi @jhuatuco and welcome to the Community,

The main thing is usually understanding how "dpne" is measured. On a scrum board, issues are considered done if they are in the rightmost column of your board. Before anything else, do check if that is the case in this board.

Hi.

That is correct, i had an extra column of status and after i erase it, then it works, but now i have a difference between the HP count as "done" with the reality.  Maybe there is something wrong with the workflow process?

Maybe there is 😅 - but honestly, I wouldn't know what you mean by 'HP count as done' and 'the reality' ...
