We have a site that hadn't been used in a while. It was deactivated and then reinstated. I can't log into it and receive a message saying my request was sent to the admin. But, I'm the admin and can't log in. What can I do?
Please try accepting the invite request from admin.atlassian.com -> Apps -> user request

Are you the Organization Admin or a Product Admin or a User Management Admin?
Have you tried accessing https://admin.atlassian.com ? That is the area where you would address access requests for the products in your site/organization.
You need to make sure that your user account has been granted an appropriate user or product admin license for the site/product you are trying to access.
