I can't find the Page Topic to Insert as a Macro "Excerpt Include"

I have a topic title inside a page called "User-level". This topic title has a header link.
I wanted to insert this topic to another page using the macro = excerpt include, but I can't find the topic in the "Page Containing the Excerpt *" search box.

Is there a setting that I missed?

Please advise.  Thank you.
