As I typed in the domain, the input box checked my domain and went green, then I click 'Continue', it spins forever and finally gave me this.
Errors like this are often generic on the surface, and only Atlassian Support can check what is actually linked to that trace issue ID.
Appreciate for your reply, the point being, to create a Support ticket, I was required to enter the organization URL, which is exactly where I got stuck -- it doesn't even exist for me.
