I can't create a project with the SCRUM template

Screenshot 2022-05-03 125434.png Every time I go to create a project with the SCRUM template I get this error. Any idea why this might be happening?

A few questions...

Are you a system admin?
Can others create a scrum project?
Have you attempted on multiple browsers?
How long has this been occurring? Were you able to create such projects previously?
