I can't connect to JIRA mojang anymore !

When i want to connect to JIRA mojang (Mojira) it show an error : "you do not have a permission to log in. if you think this is incorrect, please contact your jira administrators."

Please help me ! I can't connect to Mojira anymore !

I'm afraid you will need to do what it says - contact the admins of Mojang's Jira.

Here, we are end-users of Atlassian products (such as Jira), but we all have our own systems.  I do not know if any Mojang Jira admins hang around here, but the rest of us can't help you with this, as we've got less access to that Jira than you do.

For anyone else who encounters this problem and actually needs an answer:

You will need your transaction ID which comes in an email along with your purchase, if you cannot find the email you will have to jump through some serious hoops to locate it. Microsoft/Mojang Studios has not handled this product very well.
