I can't add an app

Following this tutorial https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver072/linking-a-bitbucket-or-github-repository-with-jira-828787604.html , I'm stuck at step 2 because I can't add any app, there is a popup which says : "An unknown error has occurred. Reload the page and try again.".

What can I do ?
