I can't activate license

Hello. I hope someone can help us. I'm getting 502's error after providing a license key at the Specify your license key step of provisioning for the newly created JIRA server. I noticed that the error occurs from versions 8.14/8.15/8.16 so on. I'm pulling the JIRA software from this link: https://hub.docker.com/r/atlassian/jira-software/tags?page=1&ordering=last_updated, and I'm deploying in AWS.
I purchase the server license before the end of the sale a while ago, and as far as I know it should be supported by the latest versions
