This is an urgent university project.
I need direct help from Atlassian support to recover my account.
Hello,
I am unable to access my original Atlassian account.
My email address appears to be associated with more than one Atlassian account, and I am currently logged into a new account that does not contain my Jira project.
My original Jira project was named myproject / training_project.
This issue is urgent, as I have a university project submission deadline on Monday, and I need access to my Jira project for the final delivery.
Please help me recover access to my original account or Jira site as soon as possible.
Thank you.
@An_Engineer Hi,
If you can’t access your original Jira project because your email is linked to multiple Atlassian accounts, this is usually caused by having different Atlassian accounts created with the same email (for example, one via Google login and one via email/password). First, log out and try signing in again using all possible login methods you may have used earlier (email + password, Google, Microsoft, etc.). If the Jira site still doesn’t appear, go to id.atlassian.com → Account settings → Products and check which Jira sites are associated with your account. If your original site is missing, you must contact Atlassian Support and raise an account recovery request, clearly mentioning your Jira site name (myproject / training_project), email address, and the urgency due to your university deadline. Only Atlassian Support can merge accounts or restore access to the correct Jira site.
How do I contact support? I don't know how to get in touch with them. I've tried many times but I still don't know how. Thank you for your reply and help.
