I can not log into sourcetree, it had worked for many months, but now fails

I have tried basic and oauth.

For basic i get a tls/ssl error, for oauth, the web browser says it was successful but sourctree shows

AUthentication failed

unable to get secret

error reading jobject from JsonReader. Path", line 0, position 0.

I have this exact same problem. I found a few other threads also talking about "unable to get secret" but no one seems to have an answer. Were you able to solve this?
