Dear Sir or Madam,

 

I am daimler employee and I am not able to accecc my Jira anymore.

This is the message that I get:

"We don’t recognize the email you’re using.

Your email for logging into Atlassian must match the one used to access content. Try accessing the content again with same email address."
could you please assisst on this?

Hi @Tadrisiparsamoghadam_ Nasrin ,

As this is a public forum that mainly consists of end users (like myself), we cannot assist with access issues.

Now, if you're part of an organization, I would recommend reaching out to your internal IT department/Atlassian admin or your manager, who will probably be able to point you in the right direction. 👈

Apart from that, you can also use the following channel Atlassian Support > select "Account Login and Email Issues," fill out the form and create a new ticket for the official team to check it out 🎫
Note that if you cannot submit the ticket, ask your admin to do it for you.
