Jira was affected by an active incident, which may have caused the problems you experienced.

I would recommend trying again now or a little later. If the issue continues, please go through the usual browser troubleshooting steps mentioned earlier in another Community Post - (Link from @Varsha Joshi ):

test in another browser
try an incognito/private window
disable browser extensions
switch to another network
temporarily test through a VPN connection
