I can not access to my site because it stays completely blank.

I have been trying to access from different accounts several times but still the page appears completely blank, no info, no button, nothing. We had have the free plan for like a month and a half now, we NEED to get all of our info back, please help.

Hi @Bernardita Galoppo 

You mention that you have had this free instance for a month and a half, what is the last time you used the instance?

Did you no use it, recently?

"Atlassian reserves the right to deactivate Free Jira Cloud sites due to inactivity.

Activity includes things like opening a dashboard, checking a report, viewing a work item, or going to the admin settings. For example, if you open a space board to check on tasks, that counts as activity.

If you’re a site admin, we’ll send you emails to let you know if your site has been inactive and is at risk of being deactivated. You’ll need to log in and do something to prevent deactivation."

Hi @Bernardita Galoppo ,

sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your site.

You've mentioned you've tried to access with different accounts. Have you also tried different browsers and maybe even a different location, to rule these two out as possible causes?

Additionally, you could try and login with the mobile app, to also test this way of accessing the site and confirm that the content is still there.
