I have problems accessing the cloud of a project for which I am admin and owner. This is disastrous for us if the Jira resources are lost!
Check admin.atlassian.com
Go to admin.atlassian.com and verify if your site still appears under your account. If it does, try accessing it from there.
Verify your Atlassian account email
Make sure you're logged into the correct Atlassian account (especially if you have multiple emails or identities). It’s easy to be signed in to the wrong one.
Billing and subscription issues
If your subscription has expired or there’s a billing issue, the site may be locked. Go to admin.atlassian.com --> Billing and check for any notices or payment failures.
Support request
If none of the above helps, I recommend raising a ticket with Atlassian Support ASAP:
Since you’re a site admin, you’ll have access to raise technical support issues.

Are you unable to access only specific projects within Jira? Or are you unable to access Jira at all?
What happens now when you try to access the information?
Were you using a paid (i.e. Standard, Premium, or Enterprise) product subscription or a Free product subscription?
