I have a issue already assigned to me but I can't find it in any view

This could be one of several things, but let's rule out the main two first

1. Security - can you log in as yourself (I assume you're an admin) and check that you can see the issue by it's url. Then login as Eleven and check the same. Can she see it?

2. Your indexing might be going wrong. Could you run these three tests?

Login as yourself and search for "assignee = Eleven Xie"

Login as Eleven and search for "assignee = Eleven Xie"

Login as Eleven and search for "assignee = currentUser()"

Not sure I understand that comment. I assume you're asking why you have the option to answer your own question - it's to cover the case where you work out an answer for yourself and feel like feeding it back to us
