I am using Kanban board then I got a message I have too many issues in TO DO and I accepted to create a Backlog. Now, I cannot move any issue to TO DO 

please help

Hello,

Go to board settings - > Columns and have a look, what status is connected to backlog and what status is connected to the To Do column. Make sure that there is a transition in the workflow, which leads from the status in the backlog to the status in the To do column.
