Welcome to the community.

Were you previously able to see this board?

Can any other user view the board?

If you go to the View All Boards screen do you see the board listed?

If the board is not listed there, then it may have been deleted.

Another possibility is that the Saved Filter used by the board has not be shared with you. If you don't have permission to see the filter, you will not be able to see a board constructed to use that filter.

Do you know what issues should be displaying in the board or what project it references? If so, are you able to view those issues directly using a direct link or the search functionality?

If you are able to view the issues using search functionality then it is probably that the filter has not be shared with you. The filter on which the board is based must be shared with you in order for you to be able to view the board.

I recommend that you contact the person who manages the board to get assistance. If you don't know who that is, ask your teammates who have access to the board. Or go to the View All Boards screen and look up who is the Administrator for the board.
