Hi Ranjeet - What steps are you using to do the import? Try the route of Settings > System > External System Import and choose the Switch to the old experience

Hi @Ranjeet Singh ,

Based on the screenshot, the import is failing before the CSV is processed. This could be due to one of the following reasons:

Insufficient permissions to perform data imports.

The import file is invalid or not in the expected format.

A temporary issue with the import service.

Could you please confirm:

Are you a Jira Site Admin or Organization Admin?

Does the issue occur with all CSV files or only this one?

If possible, please share the CSV file so we can validate its format.

Once we have this information, we can investigate further.

Hi @Ranjeet Singh

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

From the screenshot, it looks like the attachment upload is failing rather than the CSV content itself.

Could you confirm,
Can you upload other file types to the same issue?
Is this happening only for you, or do other users experience the same problem?
