Welcome @Maria Santos
To keep you secure, I've removed the link of your instance. The message is straightforward. Either you do not have the permission to view a certain Jira space.Or you don't have the Jira license.
Hi Nikola, thanks. this was the workspace I used to work with.. I came back after almost a year and I no longer have accessto it. All of my projects and important information / data are stored there .. Could you help me recover access ? even if I need to upgrade the plan ?

Hello @Maria Santos
Your post tags indicate you are/were using a Free subscription. Is that accurate?
Were there any other users besides you for that Jira instance?
Prior to today, when was the last time that you access any data in that Jira instance?
If your subscription was Free and nobody accessed the data for an extended period of time, Atlassian has a policy to deactivate Free subscriptions that are left inactive. They send warning emails to the Organization Admins in advance of that stating the date the subscription will be deactivated. They send another email on the date of deactivation warning that the data will be permanently deleted "soon". From my experience "soon" turns out to be in 15 days.
Could this have happened to you?
If so, you can get an authoritative answer from Atlassian Billing, Licensing, Pricing Support about whether your subscription was deactivated and whether the data has been permanently deleted. Use the following web page to contact them.

For "How can we help" choose "Your Account", and for topic choose "Reactivate a Subscription".
