I am trying to create an issue but get a message Work Bucket Type: Work Bucket Type is required.

I have attempted to create an issue in JIRA and when I click on the create button nothing happens and a message appears "Work Bucket Type: Work Bucket Type is required."

To my knowledge none of the settings have been changed - what do I need to do to rectify this and be able to create an issue

Hello,

You should add the Work Bucket Type to the create screen, or go to the project field configuration (project settings -> fields) and set the Work Bucket Type as not required.
