I am trying to create an individual workflow for each issue type which is not happening

• I am trying to have an individual customized workflow for each issue type. 

• I am unable to access the JIRA board to add columns to my team's board

Please help me out on this.

Hi Sai - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You need to create the workflow first.

Then you will attach the new workflow to the existing workflow scheme - at that point you can match the new workflow to the desired issue type.

After you publish the new workflow scheme, you will be able to see the statuses for your board updates.
