I am trying to create Document Approval project but it show project unavailable error

I am an administrator of JIRA in our organization

I could select the Document Approval template while creating the new project within JIRA but it show "The project isn't available error message" on dashboard once the project space is created.

Its not only with Document Approval, I am unable to access any other templates other that Kanban or Scrum.

Please navigate me or show me a solution on how to create a project successfully using Document Approval template or project management template or Content management Template.

Hi Rishika,

This error looks like a project level permission error, you will want to log in as a Global Administrator (user with Administer Jira Global Permission)  and then navigate to the projects "project settings" page and grant access to the project via the "Administer project" permission to the user as covered in "Managing project permissions" to be able to see the project settings.

   Thank You so much. This is really helpful. Can you also please provide a link that describes about all the templates and their usage is there is any available and if there is any that you are aware of. I am trying to create a project which is mostly related to documents and their approvals for each and every task.
