Hi Tigran,

Are you still having this problem today?   I see there were a few different incidents reported on https://status.atlassian.com/ in the time frame when you reported this problem, so perhaps you were affected by one of these outages.

If that is not the case, could you please provide some more information about what link/URL are you trying to use when you see this error message.  I am not clear on what exactly is trying to happen here when this error is generated.
