I am only able to view Issues and Filters but not able to view Boards and backlog.

I have the admin access but I am unable to view the Boards and Backlog.
On hitting directly the board link, I am getting this screen:

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The message actually is indicating that you have not been granted Product Access to the Jira Software product. You have to be a licensed user of the Jira Software product to access Agile Boards.

A Jira Administrator does not have enough permissions to change you access to Products. You will have to contact a Site Administrator or an Organization Administrator to check your Product Access and grant you access to the Jira Software product.

Hi Talib - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Whoever created the filter for the board needs to share the filter with your. Also you would need Browse Project permissions in the Permission Scheme used by the project. Just because you are a Jira Admin does not mean that you have full access to everything - you still need the permissions to individual objects.

you have to be an administrator for the board to see the filter. But while on the board click the three dots menu in the upper left. Then choose board settings..
