Had some issues with the email id that I have created just now. Receiving server is not set up properly. So all the emails were bouncing.
After fixing the issue, I tried a couple of times but it is the same. No luck. I am receiving other emails now. But not from Jira.
Can anyone please help me with this?

Checking your email on our tools, I was able to confirm that there are no blocks or bounces on our side.
Also, I would like to let you know that, by default, we don't receive updates about our own changes in Jira, so if you are the reporter and assignee of a ticket and you add a comment, it's expected that you won't receive notifications.
To fix this, please, go to your Profile picture > Personal settings and check all the checkboxes for notifications. Below are the options that you must select on your profile:
