I am not getting Test value in Issue type drop down while creating test scripts

While clicking on create (+) icon  below search icon, I am not getting "TEST" value in dropdown to create the test cases. Do i need to install Zephyr for that.

I have admin access. How to add on zephyr?

Possibly.  There are lots of test management apps for Jira in the marketplace, most of them add an issue type or set of issue types for tests.  Or you could create your own if you don't need the power of those Apps.

To add Zephyr (or others), go to Admin -> Find new add-ons and search the marketplace for them.

test cases are not part of Jira Software / Core. You need to buy this plugin (or alternatives).
