I am not able to start a sprint because of a different project sprint

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
It says "Can not run 2 sprints at the same time" but both projects are different. One is for design team and other is for dev team. How do we run these 2 sprints simultaneously?
