I am not able to see Portfolio tab in Jira

HI, i am using JIRA v7.10.2 version, 

suggest to create a team under project  and add only selected users into it.

project structure as below needed "

 - Project A 

         - Team Area 1 ( 10 users) , these are working on Module 1

         - Team Area 2 ( 5 users ) , these are working on Module 2

Team area 1 users should not able to view Team area 1 related issues. 

please let me know how to create the same. 

some documents suggest to create teams from  Portfolio > plan - team but i am not able to see Portfolio tab itself after login Jira, is there any way to enable the same or suggest to create team as mentioned above.

Did you install the portfolio for JIRA add-on, if not install the add-on from the marketplace.

Thanks for your reply, i have not installed Porfolio plugin,  please suggest for below queries. 

1)    in market place available " Links Hierarchy for Jira & Agile" plugin, is it correct one  or suggest the right plugin for Porfolio

2)  in fact I am using train version of JIRA and going to buy it in next few days along with bitbucket. ( already Atlassian  sales team in touch with my company procurement team), is there any restrictions to install plugin in train version ?

3) Porfolio plugin supports to view at release level and program level progress ?

2. There are no restrictions for the trial version.

3. I am not an expert on Portfolio. But as far as I know it supports both of these levels.
