I want to login on the local host jira. It says Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again.

If you forgot the admin rights, you can restore using the steps mentioned in this article https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-972329273.html
