I am not able to login or get the password recovery email

I am not able to login with my email id debashis.mohapatra@collabera.com . It says wrong password and when I try to get the recovery email . its not sending me the mail .

550: 550 [internal] [oob] The recipient is invalid.

Please, try to reset your password again and let us know if it works.
