I am not able to login jira on recovery mode still it's saying incorrect user id or password.

hello Megha.
make sure you follow this instruction to set the recovery mode

and set this property : -Datlassian.recovery.password=<your-password>, restart Jira and then use the user: recovery_admin and the password <your-password>
