I am not able to login and access all my past projects on my JIRA cloud account anymore

Hi I do have a paid cloud JIRA account. I tried to log in today and I was not. I did reset my password, but my entire account perspective has been reset, where I am no longer able to access all of my past projects.

I would appreciate it if you can resolve this issue, all projects are key to my research group containing important results. The link to my JIRA workspace is : http://hybridcrowdtesting.atlassian.net/
