I am not able to download student guide for "Managing Jira Projects for Cloud Certification"

I am trying to download "Managing Jira Projects for Cloud Certification" from resources section on Managing Jira Projects (ACP-610/ACP-620 Certification Prep) .

The PDF file is 45.7 MB , the website downloads around 9 MB and stops each time I am trying to get the file.

Please support me.

I have opened the URL using Microsoft Edge and it worked fine.

I think the issue was related to chrome.
