Hi @Shawn Grimes welcome to the community. It appears you are using Jira Server locally, is that the case? Do you know what version of Jira you are using? Did this just start, or has it been going on for awhile? Is it always on the same browser, (Edge vs Chrome)?
I know would be recommending updating to the latest version. I looked in Atlassian's jira site (jira.atlassian.com) and didn't see anything specific to this issue, but I may have missed it.
If you're on the latest version, your SysAdmin (if it's not you) can open a ticket with support (support.atlassian.com/contact) to get Support's input on this issue.
