I am not able to reopen a sprint, it was closed by mistake.

One potential cause for this issue is that an issue in the sprint is no longer included in the board's filter, and so the sprint cannot display. To check that,
To fix it, adjust your board filter temporarily to include the missing issue, reopen the sprint, and then decide how to proceed.
